HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
The best way to order is through this lovely website. Alternatively you can place an order by email and we even still have a fax machine for the real luddites. We require an order in writing, so regrettably we cannot take orders over the phone.
WHAT IS YOUR MINIMUM ORDER VALUE?
You can order any quantity of individual items. The minimum order for new accounts is £250.00. Repeat orders must have a minimum value of at least £150.00.
All prices exclude VAT and carriage charges.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Carriage paid on orders over £500, and charged at £6.50 for orders under this amount.
Carriage costs will vary depending on your location and the delivery options available to us - please contact us if you would like this cost confirmed before you place your order.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
New customers will have proforma payment terms for their first order, subsequent orders will be granted 30 days on receipt of trade references.
International customers will have proforma payment terms.
WHO DESIGNS THE JEWELLERY?
Ninety per cent of our jewellery is designed by the company’s founder, Narena Kohli. Some individual pieces are bought in from our trusted suppliers because they compliment the character of the rest of the Otis Jaxon range.
WHAT IS THE JEWELLERY MADE FROM?
Everything silver is made from Sterling Silver. This means it has a minimum of 92.5% silver with the other 7.5% being alloys to increase its durability.
Our gold and rose gold items are 18k gold plated onto sterling silver in the historic jewellery quarter in Birmingham.
Occasionally for tactile pieces where gold plating would not be suitable, we use brass accents.
IS YOUR WEBSITE SECURE?
To order from Otis Jaxon Trade you will be required to log in to our secure site and register yourself with a password. All passwords are held in encrypted form for extra security. Once orders are placed you will receive an email confirmation of your order, with your unique order reference number and your order details.
WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGET THE PASSWORD TO MY ACCOUNT?
